**About the Role**

You will be supporting our Contract Manufacturing function with coordination and project management for key accounts, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to customers’ expectations. You’ll also take on ownership and management of some lower-complexity Contract Manufacturing accounts. Reporting directly to one of our Account Development Managers, you will be part of a wider Contract Manufacturing team of 10 people.

**As a** **Contract Manufacturing Executive here are your key areas of focus**:

- Project management and co-ordination of all contract manufacturing projects, including:

- NPD workflow and gate review processes
- Attendance, where required, at internal and customer meetings, either alongside or deputising for the Account Development Manager/Head of Contract Manufacturing
- Managing all project activities to ensure timelines are met across the team
- Query handling, resolution and escalation, as appropriate
- Monitoring and communicating write off charges resulting from changes in artwork or ingredients, and ensuring all costs are recovered
- Ensuring any costs driven by a customer request are recovered, such as artwork plates, trials and audits etc.
- Managing and delivering Contract Manufacturing projects, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, in line with agreed timescales and costs
- Attending first run meetings and arranging trials as and when required
- Working with Finance and the Account Development Manager to ensure that prices are reviewed periodically to maximise gross margin contribution and profitability per customer and product
- Preparing performance reports and KPI information for nominated key accounts
- Maintaining and circulating weekly and monthly sales performance trackers
- Coordinating travel arrangements for customer visits and raising purchase orders on our ERP system
- Building relationships with your own accounts, seeking opportunities to grow current customer volumes, in line with Refresco criteria and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Keeping up to date with your customer forecast and monitoring adherence of production vs forecast volumes; updating your customers, as appropriate.

**About You**

You will have customer-facing and basic Excel experience and preferrably project management experience too, as well as having worked in a commercial environment. Ideally you will also have experience working in the FMCG sector.

You will need to have highly developed communication skills, managing complex information-sharing across multiple stakeholders, whilst keeping things simple You’ll be exceptionally organised, able to juggle issues and conflicting priorities, whilst being numerically astute, resilient, flexible and self-motivated.

The salary for this role is dependent on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week, and we have free, onsite parking. In addition, we offer an annual bonus incentive, a good company pension scheme, 25 days holiday in addition to bank holidays (with the option to purchase additional holidays) and access to a sports and social fund.
