**Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)**
**Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 4pm**

**About you**
You will be an experienced Marketing Executive, ideally with FMCG experience. A self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, and an excellent understanding of Excel. You should be a strong communicator with the ability to present to and discuss with stakeholders with confidence. The role requires a willingness to travel on a regular basis, involving evenings away from home.

**What you’ll be doing as a Trade Marketing Executive**
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for the effective management and delivery of the annual Trade Marketing plan for the designated Refresco UK brands portfolio. The Trade Marketing Executive acts as a responsible and market-driven individual who is committed to developing strong teams, driving volume and profitably and at the same time acts as a role model in Refresco UK where it comes to Refresco’s core values and behaviors.
- Responsible for all events we attend, from the planning, the execution, and the evaluation/outcome.
- Management of the trade media spend for all brands.
- Category Market data analysis and interpretation to support the development and maintenance of the brand portfolio.
- Working with the Marketing Manager in leading how customer terms are invested with our customers for brand growth.
- Collaborating with all brand owners and aligning/executing shopper marketing plans.
- Preparation and presentation of market sales and promotional activity data.
- Lead the brand calendar.
- Identify areas of opportunity resulting from market/sales analysis.
- Provide integral support to all members of the Sales and Marketing teams and other internal departments.
- Category Market data analysis and interpretation.
- Identify areas of opportunity resulting from market/sales analysis.
- Support the Commercial Director to ensure the Commercial Conferences.
- In conjunction with the Sales Team, contribute market intelligence into and be accountable for the overall accuracy of the ongoing sales/demand forecast for their brand(s), ensuring that any variances to the forecast are investigated, understood, and be accountable for subsequence forecast adjustments
- Ongoing development of relationships with customers and brand owners
- Reviewing and proposing trade activity to support brand plans and campaigns and implementing on sign-off.
- To ensure all budgets are met or exceeded in required timescales. Takes remedial action quickly to ensure budgets are delivered.
