Location: Chesterfield
Contract: Temporary. Immediate start
Working Hours: Monday
- Friday day shift.
What the role involves:
" To provide practical support and guidance with their housing benefits
" Supporting the client's mental health and wellbeing
" Communicating effectively with clients and aiding their needs
" Collating and providing information on hostel vacancies and housing rights
" Able to communicate effectively with outside agencies
" Supporting with daily living and independent skills
" Ensuring residence live in a secure and safe home environment
