Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between Brick Technology and our esteemed clients.
- Manage and update our ZOHO database along with maintaining an efficient hard copy filing system.
- Drive customer care initiatives focusing on retention and development.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless delivery of web services and support.
- Facilitate client workshops and training sessions to maximize client engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee the implementation of client meeting outcomes across various teams including Production, Administration, Internet Marketing, and Technical Support.
- Assist the Managing Director with client-related activities and sales support.
- Contribute to general office duties, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment for all.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize ZOHO software to manage client interactions and data
- Analyze client feedback and data to improve service offerings
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in client services or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £21,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
