**What will you be doing?**

As an Order Management Specialist, you will support the UK consumer E2E order management flow seamlessly by using automated & manual order fallout management.

In this role, you will help drive the development and implementation of Consumer stack (Oracle-based) functional flow and systems, enhancing speed and accuracy, improving efficiency, effectiveness, service quality and business satisfaction, and reducing operational costs within the function/ department. Your main responsibilities will be dedicated to Mobile Applications, strengthening problem management, working on our automation roadmap, and supporting the management of departmental Risk and Security compliance. You will play a crucial role in the continuous process of improvement and standardization, identifying the root causes of the issues and driving resolutions.

You will also ensure UK consumer orders get completed within the customer-agreed on SLA or committed time by collaborating with IT, Consumer operations, Terminals and other teams to improve fallout management.

**Who are we looking for?**

This role would best suit a customer centric individual with great communication and management skills such as:

- Experience in the telco industry with a clear view of customer journeys within the technology stack including Provisioning, Mediation, Rating, Billing, Online and CRM.
- Order management or Order repush or Order Fallout management experience.
- Good understanding of order flow & failure points
- Ability to carry projects and programmes from conception to completion using multiple disciplines, AGILE etc.
- ITIL Foundation certificate
- Experience in continuous process improvement i.e LEAN, Six Sigma
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project, Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Excellent ability to manage customer relationships, their expectations (and define acceptance criteria), and to understand requirements of business and customer to ensure they are translated into technical delivery
- Experienced in managing risks and mitigating them.
- Ability to work across cross-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver service and change.
- Ability to lead in dynamic, high-growth, high-uncertainty environments
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests.
