Commercial Projects Assistant

- active approach towards day-to-day duties within the Commercial Department, working alongside the Commercial Manager and assisting with the effective management of all Commercial responsibilities for Coopers Fire.
The position also requires the personal to be numerically literate and commitment towards training and studying to obtain product knowledge and further qualifications both internally and externally.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Controlling the commercial duties on all projects awarded to Coopers Fire both UK and Export including but not limited to;
- Processing new orders ensuring all paperwork is in good order and correct and completing any required information on the handover cover sheet.
- Keeping a monthly summary of orders processed.
- Issuing Order Acknowledgement Letters to the customers confirming receipt of order
- Create CAD folders on the system for new projects and complete the Point of Order and save here along with the customer Quote and costings.
- Update the Project Review Spreadsheet for all new projects for both UK and Export.
- Register on the Project Review spreadsheet receipt of official sub-contract order documentation so that terms and conditions can be read and contract signed.
- Update the Project Review Spreadsheet on Project Statuses and the Project Manager allocated to the Project
- Enter all information on to the CRM system updating an Opportunity to a Project to a Contract.
- Update the installation days on the CRM System
- Engage in all responsibilities from order through to final account and Internal Cost Value Reconciliation
- Process all variations advised by the project team and ensure that we have the acceptance
