**The Role**

Through their advice, guidance and expertise the Global IT Communications Business Partner will develop and direct the delivery of a cohesive communications strategy. The Global IT Communications Business Partner will lead the delivery of webinars, conferences and the production of ‘drumbeat’ communications activity (including newsletters) to the Global IT team people dispersed in several locations and as such, you will be an active member of the leadership team led by the Chief Information Officer.

The Global IT Communications Business Partner will join an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees.

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Work with the CIO and their Leadership Team and People & Culture colleagues to lead, develop and execute the internal communications and engagement activities for the Global IT team
- Lead development, production and content of webinars, newsletters, conferences as needed
- Drive for regular, timely and impactful flow of communications through the function, creating strong leadership visibility and clear line of sight to business priorities, opportunities and successes
- Provide a voice to colleagues and find innovative ways to reach them

**Skills and Experience Required**
- A proven track record in successfully developing and managing high-impact strategic internal communications, in complex, fast-pace, global organisations at an Executive level
- Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills, with proven expertise in influencing and guiding senior leaders
- Effective interpersonal, management and communication skills, including the ability to write and present clear and concise professional communications to range of audiences at all levels
- Recent and relevant experience of leading events, conferences, webinars and newsletters delivery
