We are looking for a Site Finance Business Partner for a 6-month contract based in Bristol with hybrid working on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs.
We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Site Finance Business Partner to support the Turbine Systems Manufacturing Business Unit (MBU) within Civil Aerospace Manufacturing Operations. This role plays a pivotal part in providing financial governance, driving business performance, providing actionable financial insights and delivering decision-critical insights to the leadership team.
Partner with the Plant Leadership team to deliver improved business performance, providing actionable financial insights and strategic challenges.
Prepare and present clear, decision-oriented financial forecasts, including product costing and performance commentary.
Ensure robust financial governance, refining processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
Promote financial acumen and a cost-conscious culture by coaching team members and stakeholders across the organisation.
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Global Site Finance community.
Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data and presenting insights effectively.
Agile and adaptable, with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.
Please note that due to recent changes in Off Payroll (IR35) legislation, our client only operates with contractors that operate via a PAYE or Umbrella model.
