The role

Fugro are now recruiting a Reporting Assistant to join our reporting teams based at our Wallingford, Oxfordshire, office. This team is responsible for the preparation of geotechnical data reports for proposed energy transition and infrastructure development sites. You will be responsible for providing high quality support to Senior and Principal Engineers, assisting with the compilation of digital data and reports and acting as the central coordination point for data, ensuring that data is tracked accurately, and that information is provided to the team in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for processing and managing site data using spreadsheets, in-house programs and Fugro’s SharePoint platforms, and checking and correcting field and laboratory data processed by others.

Who we’re looking for:
Essential
- Experience in administration, ideally in a technical or engineering environment;
- Capable of generating a safe and quality-based culture within the team;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- You are passionate about learning new skills and about the world of Earth Sciences;
- High level of accuracy;
- A good team player and able to form working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels;
- Computer literate, capable of using spreadsheets and SharePoint;
- You have a logical approach to work and enjoy providing high quality support to multiple stakeholders;
- You are highly organised and able to keep multiple plates spinning at the same time without dropping any
