A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Assistant to join our financial team at G-Stow Plc. Working closely with the Finance Manager you’ll ensure all financial transactional processes of the organisation are in order. You’ll contribute to informed and effective decision-making by providing accurate financial reporting data.

**What’s the role**:

- Verify monthly payments schedule and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ensure timely preparation of month-end checks to facilitate the production of management accounts.
- Manage sales ledger and cash allocation, providing vital support to financial operations.
- Collaborate in reporting and consolidating information for monthly Ecology reports.

**What you will need**:

- Proficient in producing financial data with a keen eye for accuracy, aiding in monthly management accounts preparation.
- Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills to foster effective working relationships.
- Familiarity with sales and purchase processes.
- Previous experience with accounting software like Sage, Oracle, or similar is advantageous.
