Divisional Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Finance Manager to join our team at Jonas Software UK. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the financial management of our division, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the financial management of our division, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to our business leaders, including monthly management accounts and quarterly financial reviews.
- Collaborate with our business leaders to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure our division is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
- Proven experience in financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
