Job Title: Divisional Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Finance Manager to join our team at Jonas Software UK. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the financial management of our division, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our business leaders.

About the Role:
  • Lead the financial management of our division, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to our business leaders, including financial analysis and modeling.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
  • Manage and develop a team of financial professionals, including management accountants and financial analysts.
Requirements:
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification.
  • Proven experience in financial leadership and management, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong excel skills and experience of Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, change culture.
  • Experience of working in a multi-national is advantageous.
