Job Title: Divisional Finance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Divisional Finance Manager to join our team at Jonas Software UK. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial statements and other reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial leadership and management, with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
