**Location**: Wembley

**Banding/Grade**: Band 6

**Pay rate (Assignment rate)**: £30 per hour

**Contract Length**: 3-Months

**Shift Pattern**: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm

**Requirements for the Health Visitor role**:

- Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult)
- Experienced in all aspects of health visiting role, including healthy Child programme, mandated contacts, Safeguarding, assessment framework, facilitating drop in clinics, liaising with partner agencies
- Car driver (desirable)
- EMIS trained or will need training
