Working within our dedicated Sheffield Hub team you will be responsible for making initial contact with referred clients. You will be required to ensure that clients receive high quality assessments, immediate support, safety planning advice and refer on to relevant agencies.

In return we provide comprehensive training, development opportunities, a competitive salary, 26 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays (Full-time), contributory pension scheme, employer-paid health cash plan and access to other national discount schemes.

Salary £24,496.20 Per Annum FTE

**Contract**: Fixed Term for 12 months
