**Salary**: £30,000 - £38,000

My client are a top 100 accounting firm who are growing their Oxford office and looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This role will be pivotal to the HR team and will report directly into the HR Manager, supporting on all elements of the employee lifecycle. As a business they are going through a lot of acquisitions so you will be heavily involved in the cultural integration and ensuring the company values continue to be at the forefront as they expand.

Responsibilities will include:

- Acting as the main point of contact for all employees for the Oxford office
- Managing the onboarding process for all new employees and offering continuous improvements on this
- Coordinating learning and development activities
- Supporting on employee relations matters and cases
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and processes
- Assisting with recruitment on an adhoc basis and conducting interviews on behalf of the Recruiter

Aside from the day to day activities, you will also be heavily involved in multiple HR projects including TUPE and running wellbeing and D&I initiatives. This is an exciting time to join the business as they go through lots of change, so you therefore must be a self-starter and be able to work autonomously.

You MUST be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week but they also offer flexible working with core hours 10-4pm. As a business they also have incredible benefits

**Qualifications**
- At least 4 years experience of a similar HR Advisor role in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Level 5 CIPD qualified or at least currently studying
- Educated to A Level (or equivalent) or higher e.g. degree
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Super organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self starter with a with a high level of resilience and attention to detail
- Strong aptitude for IT - able to pick up new tech quickly
- Can do attitude, positive and commercial approach
- Confident, tactful and discreet manner
- Strong team spirit but also very effective working independently
- Any of the following would be a great advantage: an interest in wellbeing, Mental Health First Aid trained (MHFA England) and/or experience of TUPEs

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
