**Location: Rugby**:
This role is responsible for managing the data quality in our Accounts Receivable
systems and ensuring compliance with our insurance and factoring processes.

**Key Duties**:

- To manage the AR masterdata in conjunction with the head of Credit and Collections
- Manage the account opening process, document archiving, and updates to changes in customer information that adhere to audit requirements
- For the integration of credit agency data into PERI systems
- Extract, report and maintain the Query Log information in conjunction with the HoCC and Customer Service teams
- Ensure compliance with our insurance policy in terms of overdue reporting, turnover declarations and up-to-date credit reference agency reports supporting un-named limits
- Develop credit limit reporting to support the business aspirations of increasing our customer base
- Assist with the CRM process as appropriate including supportive reporting to the HoCC
- Run and distribute over-trading reports to the HoCC and credit controllers

**What you'll need**:
**Experience**:

- Some knowledge of credit control is preferable
- Ideally would possess some SAP knowledge
- Shows demonstrable success in developing business relationships with colleagues and peer group
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems desirable

**Training**
- Intermediate / Advanced skill level in MS Excel and Word

**Other criteria**
- PC literate with fair knowledge of MS Office standard programmes
- Will work to the PERI success factors and values
