**This role will be a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.**

You will oversee the implementation of internal communications campaigns. This will involve creating a consistent and authentic tone of voice for internal communications, ensuring that strategic messaging is issued through the appropriate channels in a timely way and engaging TD SYNNEX co-workers through effective storytelling.

You will be reporting to the Internal Communications Manager UK&I within the wider Human Resources team.

**Accountabilities**:
Weekly & Ad-Hoc Internal Communications
- Assist in the creation of relevant, timely internal communications articles and announcements.
- Raise the profile of TD SYNNEX's "Great Place To Work" strategy by producing engaging, relevant communications under the direction of the Internal Communications Manager.
- Create and prepare Internal Communications reports, undertaking analysis to provide informative data to the Internal Communications Manager and wider stakeholders.
- To deliver the internal communications on major projects and initiatives, such as organisation-wide messages, performance, results and necessary organisational changes.
- Ad hoc internal communications administrative tasks and project work as required.

Intranet:

- Take responsibility for making updates to various Intranet pages as and when requested by stakeholders.
- Ensure our Intranet site is fully brand-compliant.
- Make creative suggestions on how to keep our Intranet an engaging and useful point of reference for all UK&I co-workers.
- Run activity reports to identify high and low-performing areas of the site.

Company Meetings and Events:
Support the Internal Communications Manager in the delivery of a number of internal communication events (including logistics, content creation and distribution) such as:

- Monthly Senior Managers' Meetings.
- Monthly all-company business updates.
- Annual Kick-Off events.
- Christmas Parties.
- Business Resource Group drop-ins and events.

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:

- Communications or related degree with a genuine interest in employee engagement and internal communications.
- Familiarity with digital communications tools, including communications platforms (eg FirstUp by Social Chorus), content management systems (Sharepoint 10) and automated communications workflows, or ability to learn quickly.
- High level of creative writing skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook.
- Excellent skills in Canva or similar graphic design tools.
- Video production experience or keen interest to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment and prioritise workload.
- Ability to operate under pressure.
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
- Ability to use initiative and take responsibility with a positive and can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
- Ability to form effective working relationships at all levels.
- Excellent team player.
