SR Recruitment have recently partnered with a fantastic charity based in the Wolverhampton area. They are looking for a HR Manager on a 3 month FTC with plans to extend and maybe become permanent.
Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday (initially based onsite with the view to becoming hybrid)

**Salary**: £32,000 - £35,000
Role
- To manage operational day to day HR as well as complex employee relation casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
- To support the Human Resources Consultancy Team with all generalist HR, and day to day HR administration for the organisation.
- To look after employee progress and welfare and implement learning and development.
- To provide expertise across the whole employee life cycle and ensure the HR department is providing an excellent service to the organisation.
- Manage and coordinate payroll, pensions, staff entitlements and benefits and keep accounts appraised of any changes.
- Manage the HR database and implement HR systems
- Provide first-level and on going advice to managers on full range of HR issues and benefits
- Deliver HR projects
- Produce and analyse data, draft reports etc to inform HR strategy
- To line manage existing HR Administrators and any other relevant members of the HR team
- Managing the recruitment and selection process by attending interviews, making conditional offers, drafting of contracts and the on boarding process.
Required
- CIPD Level 5 desirable
- Previous HR generalist experience essential
- A DBS check will be required

Also suited to HR Advisor
