Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with managers and directors to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement and implement changes to enhance HR processes.
  • Support the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Drive the EDI agenda across assigned divisions to promote diversity and inclusion.
  • Lead talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification L7 or equivalent.
  • Proven track record at Senior Business Partnering level within larger Public Sector or Not for Profit.
  • Strong employee relations skills and experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Good experience leading strategic HR initiatives.
  • Line management experience.
