Crown Home Buying & Letting is a boutique agency based in the heart of London, where we rent and manage an extensive portfolio of luxury apartments in a series of world-famous developments. From interiors and rental to management and renewals, we provide a comprehensive, high-end service for all our clients.

Main Responsibilities
- Recording and allocating client account receipts and payments on internal database
- Updating client account on a daily basis
- Monthly client account reconciliation
- Preparing landlord statements for payment
- Processing contractor/supplier invoices, payment runs and reconciliations
- Processing ground rent, service charge demands, payments and reconciliations
- Producing landlord ledger reports to identify management float replenishment
- Preparation of quarterly and annual NRL tax reports
- Monitoring and managing rent arrears
- Administering Rent Guarantee Claims
- Preparation of annual reports for landlord’s tax filing
- Supporting necessary audit requirements
- Processing new deals, renewals and early terminations using internal software
- Preparing invoices for landlords/tenants
- Responding to landlord queries relating to statements
- Responding to tenant queries regarding rental funds
- Supporting lettings team whenever necessary

**Skills required**:

- 2+ years experience in client accounting in residential lettings
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Meticulous attention-to-detail and quality control
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Hard working and committed, able to take the initiative
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, E1W 1UN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Residential Lettings: 2 years (required)
