**Job description**
**Customer Service and Sales Admin**
Are you passionate about customer service? Are you interested in pursuing a career in B2B Sales? Have you got strong data entry and IT skills? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to build a career with a progressive company were there is lots of potential for promotion, upskilling and growing with the team.
Your role will be to work with the existing trade sales team to increase sales and promote the company to Timber and building contractors throughout the UK. The tasks that are involved, include
- Answering telephones and directing incoming calls.
- Preparing and presenting quotations including follow up.
- Entering Sales orders.
- Dealing with and responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner.
- Recording activity and responses on CRM system.
- Working with field sales to maximise customer contact time.
- Planning sales appointments.
- Liaising with clients about progress of order.
The package will include a generous basic salary and will include further cash and non cash incentives based on personal and team results. We strongly believe in rewarding positive input and winning together
- An enthusiasm for working in a sales team environment, an excellent telephone manner and customer relation skills is considered essential.
- Previous experience in a construction type sales role would be useful, but not essential.
- A positive attitude, a systematic approach to the sales process and a good team player are the most important attributes.

Hardwoods Group Ltd is a wholesaler of Hardwood to the timber and building industry based in Little Stanney, Chester. We also manufacture Oak framed buildings to exacting specifications.
Importing from various sources in Europe and supplying Oak throughout the UK, our mission is to enhance the natural beauty of sustainable hardwoods. We are a progressive and forward-thinking company, and are the Supplier of choice to our Target Customer Profile.
LOCATION: Applicant will be based in our Office in Little Stanney.
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week, flexible start & finish time depending on requirements.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
