Stately Strategic Recruiment Group are currently seeking experienced **Internal Sales Account Manager**

Working hours are
- Monday to Friday 09.00-17.30

Salary
- £35k plus uncapped commission structure plus company car, laptop etc

You will be working with an existing customer base to build new relationships and generate revenue by upselling and cross selling additional products. You must have telecom experience and B2B Telesales experience. You will work with our customers accountsin order to identify and develop new sales opportunities. You will be expected to make outbound calls to our customers and prospects generated by our marketing department, build strong relationships and exceed sales targets set by the business.

**Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
- To pro-actively manage selected existing customers and introduce new products and services to them in order to achieve product and profit based targets.
- To actively encourage referrals, either from our customers or any other appropriate source.
- Be alert and continually aware in order to identify any sales opportunities, and react quickly and effectively.
- Develop and implement a thorough question and answer approach andutilise all information shared to develop a solution selling approach that adds value to the business relationship and maximises the sales opportunity.
- Achieve exceptional high levels of customer engagement which should ultimately result in an increase in sales revenue and customer lifetime values.
- To understand our customers, their business needs, the market and the competition.
- Complete all associated customer correspondence and administration tasks to a high standard and within reasonable time frames.
- To continue to develop your own knowledge about the industry.
- Prioritise activities and ensure these are aligned to the company strategy and KPI’s.
- To work with customers to develop effective two way relationships designed to promote Signal Telecom as a trusted advisor.
- To support other areas of the business as required.
- Ensure that all communication and activity is logged in the customer database in an efficient and timely manner and in adherence to team procedures.
- To present a professional image of the company in dress, language, manner and approach at all times.
