Wates Group are looking for Social Value Advisor to join the Construction team.

This role is responsible for ensuring that Wates Construction Ltd meets and, where possible, exceeds requirements on T-Level related activities. This will primarily focus on coordinating Wates Construction’s national programme to provide industry placements and related sectoral development & support activities, in-line with commitments made by contractors on the Department for Education’s construction frameworks and our other public sector framework requirements

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The role will be responsible for ensuring that both learners, host project teams and relevant members of Wates Group’s supply chain have access to best-practice guidance, learning materials and technical support systems in order to achieve the best learning outcomes and onward employment & training opportunities.

As our Social Value Advisor, you will be involved in:

- Supporting the development and delivery of a T Level strategy to be reported on to Wates Central Education Team & Group Social Value leadership
- Tracking work pipelines and forward-planning to help our regional businesses to deliver associated T-Level targets
- Liaising with project teams from bid to completion to ensure high quality placements are provided to the young people we support
- Engaging education providers and other external and internal partners to plan, monitor, coordinate, support and report on all T-Level activities.
