You will demonstrate an exceptional level of customer service via scheduled phone calls and live chat and combine this with creating purposeful and memorable clear** **customer service experiences that embody brand culture, purpose, and compass. Proactively support building communities and engaging our diverse range of accounts with education that will support their business growth whilst continuously improving the experience education offers and its impact.

**The responsibilities of the Education Success Advisor. Could this be you?**
- Working out creative solutions to our customer queries. Proactively and confidently resolve any customer concerns around education and the learn hub platform with a resolution orientated approach in a timely manner.
- Create student engagement opportunities in all spaces, in-person and digital. Generate personalised online and in-person networking opportunities and initiate student interactions to build relationships, understand their needs and make next step training recommendations extending Education reach and driving conversion.
- Be an expert in the pro site and Dermalogica Learn Hub to support development of the system and helping customers navigate.
- Demonstrate, facilitate and excel at five-star, verbal and written interactions embodying the Dermalogica tone of voice.
- Meet regulatory standards, including Data Protection and PCI guidelines to protect customers and brand
- Drive Growth of our community and create positive business impact
- Understand the business value that Education provides to customers and leverage brand expertise, and knowledge of customer business models to increase value, engagement, platform adoption and KPI's for growth.
- Thorough understanding of all education available across; all channels, syllabus, platforms, and student training pathways. The ability to encourage and inspire customers to invest in their education, driving our reach and conversion goals.
- Meeting and exceeding individual, team and department success targets to proactively drive education growth and customer success.

**Do you have the below skills?**
- Ability to evidence outstanding written English skills and exceptional phone manner
- Experience in a customer service or live chat role with high satisfaction scores
- A working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams
- A self-motivated and reliable, independent worker with developed time-management skills and a drive to succeed in a busy environment with constantly changing priorities.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the aptitude to manage multiple workloads and pro-actively problem-solve.
- Proven ability to be accurate with attention to detail
- A calm and patient demeanour, confident in dealing with people at all levels and calming fierce conversations for resolution orientated results.
- Experience with a booking or learning management systems
- Confident with digital platforms and systems.
