This role is responsible for supporting our Ops team with any Reward related queries and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an opportunity within HR.

**Inside the role**:

- Managing the Reward inbox for pay and incentive queries
- Ownership and maintenance of Operations recurring payments process and policy
- Providing advice and support to Ops leaders and HRBPS’s
- Advising HRBP’s on Off-cycle pay increases
- Managing data and coordinating HRe inputs
- Maintaining the Reward communications channels
- Analysis or expenditure through Reward budget lines
- Supporting the Reward Manager with any projects e.g. pay review

**We’re open to you**:

- Good communication and relationship building skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and working with volumes of data
- Knowledge of Reward
- Knowledge of our Ops process
- Ability to work with high volumes
