**Role and Responsibilities**:As the Art Director, you will lead our talented team of designers, illustrators, and visual artists to conceptualize and execute stunning visual solutions that captivate, inspire, and engage audiences. Your creative prowess will be instrumental in shaping the visual direction of projects and campaigns, ensuring they align seamlessly with our clients' visions and objectives. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project goals and develop creative strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Translate concepts into visually compelling designs, overseeing every aspect from initial sketches to final production.
- Provide artistic guidance and mentorship to the design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our creative output.
- Present and communicate design concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or related field.
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, highlighting your ability to think outside the box and push creative boundaries.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Salary**: £52,000.00-£68,000.00 per year
