**The Opportunity**

We are currently recruiting for an Territory Manager based in Midlands & East Midlands. This is a permanent position with Blue Square, supporting and working closely with our client HP, offering a salary between £22,500 - £25,000 per annum with a great bonus.

**The Role**

Working as an Omnichannel Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the brands position in the marketplace. You will engage store staff and customers through effective relationships, impart your product knowledge, and grow brand love.Ensuring effective management of your allocated store list, your goal will be to fundamentally drive sales and interactions with the products, spotting any opportunity to improve the brands position. Having a strategic mindset, and always looking for waysto increase ROI, you will build and execute effective plans across your region to deliver this. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is target driven, personable and won’t stop until they are number 1

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Driving sales and engagement in retail and encouraging customers toward an omni-purchase pathway
- Understanding how the channels and retailers operate and adapting your approach to suit this
- Effectively managing your time to visit all stores in your allocated call file physically and virtually as well as audit completions
- Identifying opportunities to grow market share and placement in the stores and on retailer websites
- Creating and implementing effective plans to drive market share in your stores
- Build strong working relationships with retailers during physical visits and via virtual visits

**Skill and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Previous retail experience
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to drive sales

**Desirable**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Effective at time management
- Passionate about technology and sales
