**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-respected public sector authority based in Sheffield. With a workforce of over 1000 employees, they are known for their commitment to service excellence and significant contribution to the community.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy within budget.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Talent Acquisition Advisor should have:

- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
