About the Role

We're expanding our Talent Acquisition team and seeking a skilled recruiter to help us find, screen, and hire top talent across the UK. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll work closely with our TA community to drive the growth of our organization, collaborating with hiring managers and reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition.

This is a full-time position on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a minimum of 3 days per week working from our Sheffield hub.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for a diverse range of roles within the low-carbon sector.
  • Developing and maintaining a pipeline of top-tier talent through innovative sourcing methods.
  • Assisting hiring managers in evaluating and screening applicants to hire the best fit for each position.
  • Managing and analyzing our recruiting database to provide regular reports.
  • Utilizing Team Tailor ATS, LinkedIn, CV Library, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.

Requirements

  • Recruiting experience, preferably with in-house recruiting teams.
  • Understanding of the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting.
  • Experience with ATS's and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
