About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition team and drive the recruitment process forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top-tier talents
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with all HR policies and regulations
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talents and manage the use of recruitment systems and platforms
  • Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Experience leading a talent acquisition team and developing recruitment strategies
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and proficiency in HR software and platforms
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various departments
