HR Director - Talent Acquisition

Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Director to join our team in the UK, France, and Export.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the HR team, driving employee engagement, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Lead and champion people initiatives, ensuring HR functional excellence and process improvement.
  • Partner with business units to understand business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices.
  • Identify HR priorities and translate business requirements into effective HR practices.
  • Deliver key HR initiatives, including workforce planning, reorganisation actions, and talent acquisition and development.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of broad and progressive experience in human resources.
  • Experience in HR site/multi-site leadership and operating collaboratively within a multiple country HR Team.
  • Broad understanding of the technical and functional components of Human Resources, including employment law, employee relations, and compliance management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Country recognised HR professional qualification, such as CIPD.
