Talent Acquisition Specialist

Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities across the Group, covering a wide range of roles within the Engineering sector.

This role involves coordinating recruitment activities, including volume recruitment and head-hunting approaches, across all levels of the organization. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Resourcing Manager to provide effective communication between line managers, candidates, and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtain required paperwork for the authority to recruit and store it on a file.
  • Build a relationship with line managers to assist with recruitment.
  • Post job vacancies internally and externally on various job boards and manage responses daily.
  • Pre-screen applicants, conduct first-stage phone interviews to assess suitability for the role, and keep applicants updated on the hiring process.
  • Use the head-hunting recruitment approach to source candidates for senior roles, as well as liaise with preferred supplier agencies as needed.
  • Shortlist candidates against the job description, forward CVs to relevant line managers, and monitor the recruitment mailbox and ad responses daily.
  • Set up interviews between line managers and candidates, including diary management and invitations.
  • Notify candidates of interview outcomes and provide feedback as required.
  • Assist line managers with interviews as needed and prepare competency-based qualifying interview templates.
  • The post holder may be required to undertake any other HR/recruitment duties that may reasonably be required within the nature of their duties and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Right to Work Regulations and AWR.
  • Proven experience in both temporary and permanent recruitment.
  • Vast experience in volume recruitment, including white-collar and blue-collar placements.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting, search and selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
