Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our recruitment efforts within a prominent public sector organization.
Key Information:
- Type: Temporary, Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Location: Hybrid working model with a requirement for in-office presence
- Salary: Competitive range
- Experience: In-house talent acquisition experience is preferred
Role Responsibilities:
The Talent Acquisition Advisor will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by managing candidates, onboarding new hires, and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Maintaining the Onboarding Portal to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Coordinating interviews and efficiently processing applications and screening candidates.
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Engaging with candidates throughout the onboarding process and managing related documentation.
- Conducting pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance with onboarding requirements.
- Updating and maintaining recruitment reports for internal stakeholders.
- Managing the recruitment inbox and performing general administrative duties related to recruitment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess in-house recruitment experience and be available to commit to the temporary contract. A flexible approach to work and an understanding of hybrid working policies are essential.
