Talent Acquisition Lead Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Lead to join their HR division. This exciting opportunity is based in Yorkshire and offers a unique chance to develop your career and skill set in a family-owned and value-driven business.

The role will involve working across multiple sites in Yorkshire, as well as having the flexibility to work from home. With a salary of up to £35k, this organisation can offer flexible working and professional development to support your career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for key roles
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to ensure consistency in hiring top talent
  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future job openings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for external candidates, ensuring a consistent candidate experience
  • Ensuring consistency of process, assessment criteria, and standards across all brands and sites
  • Accurate measurement and reporting of key performance indicators, providing reporting as required
  • Supporting the Group Talent Acquisition Manager with various projects to support business strategy and future growth
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to bring the best people into the business, driving down vacancy numbers, time to hire, and attrition figures
