This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join a thriving tech services business. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of human resources and talent acquisition, with a focus on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent acquisition team, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans, aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talents, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and regulations, including equal employment opportunity and diversity and inclusion
  • Manage and optimize the use of recruitment systems and platforms, including applicant tracking systems and HR software

Requirements

  • Experience leading a talent acquisition team, with a proven track record of success in recruitment and talent management
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Proficiency in HR software and platforms, including applicant tracking systems and HR information systems
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
