VJ Technology are looking for a Purchasing Administration Assistant to join the Purchasing team.

This is a full time, permanent role. 40 hours per week Monday - Friday with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break each day.

**Responsibilities**
- Daily management of the customer service inbox
- Order batch management
- POD & ETA Requests for customers
- Supporting problem solving & order investigations
- Work closely with sales & operations daily
- Involvement in monthly departmental meetings
- Communicating professionally between all stakeholders
- Purchase order management
- Understanding personal and departmental KPI & Goals
- Building supplier relationships
- Collating information and assisting with return processes
- Understanding and confident use of all software systems in place
- Interchange between different functions within procurement when support & training is needed

- Strong listening and communication skills

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,758.00 per year
