As Purchasing and Production Administrator, you will be responsible for administration duties relating to the manufacturing, procurement of materials and distribution of the balconies.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial, this role involves processing and progressing all works orders from through to delivery. You will also be responsible for raising all purchase orders and assiting the with procurement for the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Creating component item codes.
- Creating BOM's (Bill of materials).
- Creating Purchase Orders.
- Raising and completing works and assembly orders.
- Creating WIP and routings, allocate correct resource (machines).
- Reporting and processing stock issues/discrepancies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong computer skills (including excel)
- Knowledge of production and purchasing administration required.
- Data management and analytic skills.
- Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Computer systems**
- Microsoft 365 package (Outlook, SharePoint, One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Windows-based system/drives
- Oracle NetSuite
