We have an excellent opportunity to join our team as a full-time workplace and postal assistant, for one of our amazing media clients in the Central London area.

We bring a fresh approach to the industry by providing service with enthusiasm through our dedicated team of DayMakers. Our solutions have been designed for both Guests and Employees and incorporate the latest workplace trends. Our core ethos is to be the ‘makers of someone’s day’.

This role offers an incredible and dynamic opportunity, as you will play a pivotal part to the smooth running of the operation on one of our Central London sites.

What does being a work place assistant look like?
- Responsible for shipping and receiving all parcels
- Sorting and disturbing post
- Manage Legal affairs incoming post and redistribution via digital platform
- Support the reception desk if needed e.g breaks, absence, if busy
- Connect with all employees, guests, and the organisations members and the president in offering that ridiculously personal experience and aiming to be the makers of their day
- Be a point of contact and welcome new members into the community in place of the receptionists absence
- Help to resolve unexpected issues that could affect the member experience
- Events set-up support, where needed, which requires a flexible approach to start and end times.
- Porterage support, where needed, during core hours
- Excellent IT skills to fully utilise systems and administration tasks inc. outlook and excel
