My client works with some of the biggest and most exciting brands around the world, they design, produce, install and oversee retail displays and brand experiences for their customer base. The last 12 months have seen some hugely impressive projects being completed, and with more in the pipeline, they are now looking to add an ambitious CSE to the team, to assist with their next stage of growth and client projects.

**The Client Services Executive will;**
- Be able to understand and capture client requirements and accurately record these
- Prepare and present quotations using company quotation system
- Follow up on quotations to achieve agreed conversion ratios
- Supporting Senior Management team throughout the lifecycle of a project
- Obtain purchase orders for work won
- Book jobs on to company systems
- Liaise with internal departments to accurately output to customer specifications and timelines
- Follow client proofing and QC processes where prescribed
- Supervise picking, packing and shipping
- Provide proof of delivery information as agreed/required by clients
- Raise invoices on delivery of job
- Be a confident communicator with people of all levels
- Have a basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Have a willingness to learn and develop throughout the position

You will come from a retail background, whether that be agency or client, have an understanding of VM, Window Displays, Concessions, Pop-Ups, Experiential Events, Exhibitions and Store Fit-Outs.
