**OIDI Content Creator Coordinator**
**Location: Greenwich, London/filming location**
**Type of Contract: Fixed Term 6 months**
**Working hours: 40 hours per week**
**Start Date: ASAP**
**Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 pro rata depending on experience**
**Job purpose**
To support the Oxford International Digital Institute (OIDI) with content creation for all programmes and products with a specific focus on video content. The post holder will work with the Programme Manager to ensure the content needs of all programmes are met.
**Main duties and responsibilities**
**OIDI Content**
- Support stakeholders with conceptualizing and planning video based content
- Help the script writing process with language and structure
- Create storyboards and shot lists when required for smooth production process
- Conduct video shoots with camera operation, lighting, audio, environment & auto-cue setup
- Edit raw footage using video and audio editing software to create polished and engaging video content
- Add visual effects and graphics when appropriate to enhance the overall quality and impact of the videos
- Be conscious of laws and compliance for using music, images and other copyrighted material
- Create themes, imagery and visual digital assets
- Organise and manage the database of created content
**General Responsibilities**
- Operate as a flexible team member across the OIDI division.
- To contribute to the overall ethos, work and aims of OIDI.
- Carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required by the manager.

**Statutory requirements**
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Undergo an Enhanced DBS Disclosure
**Qualifications**
- Educated to degree level
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
**Experience and knowledge**
- Experience in creating digital content
- Experience in video recording and editing
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Experience of working in an educational setting
**Skills and abilities**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Able to build rapport and credibility quickly
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and work under pressure
- An excellent eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Photography and photo editing
- Adobe After Effects
