**WHAT TO EXPECT**
This role will support the Vehicle Programmes Chapter within a newly restructured Business Office, with responsibility to facilitate, coordinate and deliver key activities.

You will facilitate backlog management and prioritisation, alongside operational and strategic activities supporting both a highly effective Business Management team and Vehicle Programmes Chapter.

This is a high impact role with significant senior exposure and engagement and will be an excellent fit for a high performing, driven individual who works well under pressure and thrives in managing multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of a broad range of topics.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR**
- Provide support to the Chapter Sub-teams to deliver business processes and solutions and ensure that the team is managed effectively with service levels achieved
- Coordinate inputs and delivery of corporate audit and functional governance
- Support the day-to-day operations of both the team, Chapter and/or Sub-teams inc. facilities, health and safety
- Support and facilitate the L1 Business Reviews and team cadence as set by the Executive Director
- Coordinate and collate inputs for key reviews such as Quarterly Business Reviews, Product Committee etc
- Coordinate and facilitate functional team meetings, including offsite meetings working closely with the Chapter first line to agree key agenda topics
- Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, developing positive relationships, enabling alignment and effectiveness
- Act as conduit for information requests from different parts of the business including responding to requests for management information and reporting
- Support and facilitate Chapter and Sub team communications and events (e.g., all hands meetings/team communications)
- Monthly management of VP Chapter Scorecard creation including coordination of carline inputs
- Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
Essential:

- Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Strong Microsoft suite user, especially PowerPoint & Excel.
- Driven individual that takes own initiative
- Effective team player

Desirable:

- Knowledge of key business systems and processes, e.g. PCDS, Agile, IATF
- Good knowledge of Jira or Lucid Chart (or equivalent)
