**The Role**

**Are you a Risk professional with a track record in the energy sector, looking to make a diference?**
- Central to the role is managing the risk strategy, continued development of the Enterprise Risk Management framework and risk register, alongside tracking and ensuring the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures. Also, the Head of Risk will provide governance and controls around the company’s energy derivatives trading and hedging activities (power sales, interest rates and FX). The Head of Risk will ensure the company is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements concerning risk management and oversee risk reporting tools and protocols for the Board, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- **Desirable skills**:

- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field and a strong level of experience in risk management in the energy sector
- Deep understanding of energy markets and financial markets
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with risk management software and tools.
