**Our Service**

Our service is there to support residents to remain safe and warm and energy efficient within their homes, we achieve this by providing advice and guidance on fuel poverty and energy efficiency measures and delivering programmes to support the installation of energy efficiency measures.

**The Role**

As our Healthy and Sustainable Homes Team leader, you will support the Head of Housing Renewal by assisting with the development and operational delivery of the Healthy and Sustainable Homes service. You will manage a team responsible for the provision of energy efficiency and fuel poverty related initiates across the county, working closely with other relevant team leaders within the housing renewal service and wider housing service and actively look for funding opportunities to develop the energy efficiency and fuel poverty initiatives offered by the Council.

**What you will bring**

You will have a good understanding of current guidance and legislation in respect to healthy and sustainable homes, and have knowledge of statutory requirements, and of current trends, issues and initiatives. You will have knowledge of project management techniques and working to and achieving deadlines and targets. Good communication skills, both written and oral are a must with the ability to influence, negotiate with a diplomatic approach to conflict or complaint resolution. You will demonstrate strong organisational and administrative planning skills as well as effective time management and the ability to meet deadlines and key performance indicators.
