Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Provide physical support to residents, including lifting and moving them as needed.
- Help residents with mobility and other physical disabilities, such as incontinence.
- Apply practical intervention procedures for dementia or behavioral problems.
- Participate in social activities and promote residents' physical and mental well-being.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, as well as cleaning up after meals.
- Perform light domestic duties, such as tidying rooms and emptying commodes.
- Monitor residents' medical or physical condition and report any changes to the manager.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
- Caring and patient attitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and night shifts.
