Human Resources Organisation Design Lead - specialist role

£450 per day

4- 6 month role but could be extended

Seasoned HR professional with public sector experience - This person will need to sit down with directors and design structures, spans and layers - cost of structures etc. This is not a HR organisational development role

Must haves:
Key Skill Requirements: HR Organisational design experience
- strong analytical background - data and logic driven
- Ability to work at senior to junior levels within organisations
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-taskand prioritise your work
- Advanced Excel skills to help analyse and visualise quantitative data
- Understanding of Project Management best practice
- Awareness of decision-support approaches, such as investment appraisal and cost modelling
- Interest in DecisionAnalysis techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and able to present confidently
- A positive and flexible approach to your work
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work alongside and with all stakeholder groups
- Extremelyconfidential in nature and used to dealing with sensitive change management
- Resilient and able to influence others

Hybrid working - number of days in office open to negotiation
