- Ensuring effective corrective action is taken to address identified shortfalls.
- Maintaining the station Key Risk Register and communicating any shortfalls or non-conformities to station leadership and other stakeholders.
- Working closely with peers around the nuclear fleet and the Conventional Safety Compliance Lead in our Central Services team, to ensure the organisation is proactive in ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Maintaining knowledge and awareness of upcoming changes to Health and Safety legislation.
- Liaise with internal/external regulators and other applicable external bodies on Conventional Health and Safety.

- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and auditing experience is beneficial.
- Previous supervision and leadership experience is advantageous.
- An ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Any applicant with a NEBOSH certificate/diploma or similar will have an advantage.

**Interviews will be held week commencing Monday May 13th**

**Applicants will be required to obtain CTC level vetting prior to taking up their duties.**

**To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Vetting which will, ordinarily, require you to have been a resident of the UK for at least 3 of the last 5 years.**
