**Your Role**

It’s an exciting time to join the team at C&C as we introduce the new role of Allocations and Lettings Coordinator, within the Housing Operations team.

The Allocations & Lettings Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the end to end void process, working closely with internal colleagues, applicants and partner agencies to ensure re-let targets are achieved and applicants can move in to their new homes as soon as they’re ready.

The Allocations & Lettings Coordinator will allocate homes in line with policy either through our own waiting list or via Local Authority nominations agreements, ensuing everything is in place for a successful tenancy start.

**About you**

There will be an element of negotiation and influence to this role, working to co-ordinate multiple workstreams at one time across teams, so a confident nature is a must.

The following are considered essential;
- Experience of working in a housing environment; voids or allocations & lettings is desirable
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Experience working with local authorities or other housing partners
- Experience of using Housing Management Systems and Microsoft Excel
