Following an exciting period of growth at Zenith, we are looking for a dedicated individual who has a passion for customer service and previous experience within a regulated environment.

We're looking for a dedicated individual who is driven, committed and passionate about delivering world class customer service, and who is effective in dealing with challenging situations and handling complaints sensitively and empathetically. The role will work with a team of specialists who manage the day-to-day queries of customers seeking assistance with their vehicle orders, payments, and documentation.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Updating systems and databases with accurate information
- Offering updates where appropriate to the wider teams and management
- Demonstrating a desire to deliver world class service, going to the extra mile to support customers
- Processing business critical documents and administration
- Supporting the wider team in busier periods, demonstrating a can do attitude and a collaborative way of working
- Working in a way that is organised and in keeping with agreed SLA's
