**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to all departments within the organisation
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and scanning documents
- Conduct data entry to Xero accounting software accurately and efficiently
- Undertake credit control duties
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director
- Maintain an organised electronic filing system
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role
- Proficient in using computerised systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
